Along with being a Realtor I also manage my own vacation rental homes. I hope you are able to visit my sites and enjoy our wonderful peninsula! 

 

The music scene is great. There are two orchestras, one regional and the other local, opera, chamber music, jazz, rock, everything really with three large performance halls and several outdoor large capacity arenas in the Tampa Bay region along with many, many small venues. The theater scene is amazing as well. We have art galleries and museums. There are two colleges, St. Pete College, Eckerd College and University of South Florida. If you are a sports fan we have the Bucs, the Rays, and the Rowdies here.

The beaches are great, close….not too congested.  We have one large beach park which is totally undeveloped (Ft. Desoto….google it!) and various islands accessible by boat. There are plenty of outdoor recreation sites, bike trails, golf, tennis etc.

Downtown is busy and fun. The water front is almost totally green space. Plenty of restaurants and shops.

​
